Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist – Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle daily enquiries, follow up with potential clients, convert enquiries into bookings, and manage front-desk activities at our aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and daily enquiries.
Explain clinic services clearly and arrange consultations.
Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into appointments and customers.
Welcome patients and assist with registration and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and appointment records.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient service.

Skills Required
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, skilled approach over the phone and in person.
Basic computer knowledge and confidence using WhatsApp.
Ability to manage follow-ups and front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
