Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chinese First Commi to join our restaurant kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian and other menu items.
Handle wok cooking and manage food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Manage ingredients and kitchen stock as required.
Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Chinese restaurant or kitchen preferred.
Positive knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen.
