Designation: Admission Counselor (Inside Sales)
Location: A Block, Sector 15, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview

We are looking for an Admission Counselor (Inside Sales) who will connect with students who have shown interest in online courses, understand their requirements, counsel them about suitable programs, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through provided leads.

Make outbound calls to students interested in online UG/PG courses.

Counsel students and recommend suitable programs.

Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and admission process.

Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.

Interact with students and parents.





Assist candidates with applications and documentation.

Maintain CRM records and conduct regular follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in any specialization is mandatory.

Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.

Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.

CRM knowledge is preferred.

Robust convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills. Add hashtag

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
