Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of experience in high-rise buildings and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have solid expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost management for MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Perform material quantity calculations using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender submissions.
Identify drawing discrepancies, scope gaps, and variations.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support cost comparisons.
Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.




Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and quantity-related issues.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of BOQs, estimates, and other QS deliverables.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
8–10 years of relevant MEP Quantity Surveying experience.
Robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off tools.
Experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
