Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate screening calls.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and application status.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with job postings and recruitment advertisements.
Support offer coordination and onboarding documentation.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office or Google Workspace is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
