Tattva Resorts is hiring a hardworking and enthusiastic Commis 3 to support daily kitchen and food production operations in Joshimath. This role is suitable for entry-level culinary professionals who are eager to learn and develop their cooking skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Perform basic preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at assigned workstations.
Follow recipes, instructions, and standard food preparation procedures.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
Assist with mise en place, kitchen setup, and closing duties.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste management practices.




Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements
0–2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
Candidates with a hotel management or culinary qualification are preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
Good discipline, punctuality, and attention to hygiene.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
