We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AV Engineer responsible for end-to-end installation, configuration, and testing of Video Conferencing Systems, Conference Room Audio, and Room Automation Solutions. The role involves managing in office AV installations, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Install and configure video conferencing systems (e.g., Poly, Cisco, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms)
Deploy and calibrate audio systems – microphones, DSPs, amplifiers, and ceiling/speaker setups
Integrate and program room automation systems (lighting, blinds, AV switching, control panels) using platforms like Crestron, Extron, or AMX
Conduct system testing, signal tracing, and diagnostics for AV components
Identify and resolve installation or performance issues onsite
Prepare as-built drawings and user documentation as needed




Act as the technical point of contact during onsite execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or AV-related field
4+ years of hands-on experience in AV system integration
Strong understanding of IP networking, cabling standards, and rack setup
Proficiency in AV control systems preferred, audio DSP configuration, and VC platform integration
Knowledge of cable types: HDMI, CAT6, fiber optics, audio cables, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & AV schematics

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
