We are actively looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join the finance team at our growing pet care company in Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Position Details:
Role: Accounts Executive
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Work Mode: Onsite (Salt lake, Kolkata)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
About the Role & Responsibilities:As an Accounts Executive, you will be an integral part of our daily financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Day-to-Day Accounting: Recording daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate data entry in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing vendor invoices, processing outgoing payments, and tracking client dues.
Tax Compliance: Assisting with the timely calculation and preparation of data for GST and TDS filings.




Bank Reconciliation: Regularly matching company bank statements with internal financial records to resolve discrepancies.
Audit & Reporting: Organizing financial documents for audits and assisting the Accounts Manager with Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
Qualifications:
Graduation or a relevant degree in Commerce or Accounting.
Solid proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a team-oriented team mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:
Accounts payable: 2 years (Preferred)
