Key Responsibilities:1. Export Documentation:
Prepare and verify export documents such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Shipping Bill
Certificate of Origin
Inspection Certificate (if applicable)
Ensure accuracy and compliance with country-specific regulations.
Shipment Coordination:
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and transporters.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines / airlines.
Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
Customs & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and customs procedures.
Handle documentation for incentives such as Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, etc.
Maintain records as per statutory requirements.
Customer & Internal Coordination:
Liaise with customers for documentation requirements and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with production, stores, and QA teams for dispatch readiness.
Resolve export-related queries and discrepancies.
Banking & Financial Documentation:
Prepare and submit documents for LC (Letter of Credit), DA/DP shipments.
Coordinate with banks for export documentation and negotiation.




Ensure timely submission of documents for payment realization.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain export documentation database and filing system.
Generate MIS reports on shipment status, pending documentation, and export performance.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Logistics / International Business / Supply Chain.
Certification in Export-Import (EXIM) procedures preferred.

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in export documentation in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in handling international shipments and compliance.

Key Skills:
Solid knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with DGFT, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
