WE ARE HIRING | INSIDE SALES / SALES COORDINATOR

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC passed

Salary: 20k to 25k

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients
Connect with HR Heads, CXOs, Directors & key decision-makers
Generate leads and identify new business prospects
Introduce HR services including Recruitment, Staffing, L&D; & Labour Law Compliance
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team
Maintain lead databases, follow-ups, call reports & MIS

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Confident calling and follow-up abilities
Lead generation and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Target-oriented and proactive approach
