Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to assist customers, coordinate product demonstrations, handle customer calls, and provide after-sales support. Candidates with an interest in electronics and technical products are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Register customers for product demonstrations and schedule appointments.
Make follow-up calls regarding customer inquiries, demos, and service requests.
Record customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant teams.
Explain basic product features and assist showroom customers.
Maintain customer records and daily activity reports.

Requirements:
Plus Two or any degree preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Interest in electronics, gadgets, and technical products.
Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates may also apply.
Willingness to learn and work with the sales and service teams.
