Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, disciplined, and passionate Chef de Partie to join our upcoming luxury resort in Kochi.

Requirements:
Robust knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
Excellent food preparation, cooking, presentation, and plating skills.
Ability to manage a kitchen section independently and maintain consistent food quality.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, portion control, and kitchen standards.
Ability to prepare quality dishes, including specialty and contemporary cuisine.
Must be well-disciplined, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
Ability to coordinate with the Executive Chef and Consulting Chef to maintain high culinary standards.
