Job Description – Store Executive

Department: Stores
Location: Narsapura Industrial Area, Karnataka
Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and store incoming materials properly.
Maintain stock registers and update inventory records.
Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved requests.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about material shortages.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage, material identification, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
Maintain inward, outward, and material issue records.
Ensure proper documentation and follow company procedures.

Qualification & Experience
PUC / ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification.




Minimum 3–5 years of previous experience in a die-casting industry or a similar manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Experience in handling raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and production materials is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Required Skills
Inventory management and stock control.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Accuracy in stock records and documentation.
Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
