Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedules and targets.
Handle production process planning and ensure smooth workflow across manufacturing stages.
Manage and monitor transformer winding and assembly processes.
Coordinate tanking activities and ensure proper execution as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
Monitor production output, manpower utilization, material availability, and machine performance.
Coordinate with Quality, Design, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
