About ReeRoute:
ReeRoute is a technology-driven Full Truck Load (FTL) logistics company connecting businesses with reliable transportation partners across India through efficient and technology-enabled logistics solutions.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can generate new leads, build relationships in the market, and onboard vehicle owners/transporters with ReeRoute.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current leads through field visits, market research, references, and direct outreach.
Visit transporters, vehicle owners, fleet operators, and potential business partners.
Explain ReeRoute's services and benefits clearly to potential clients/transporters.
Identify suitable vehicles and onboard vehicle owners/transporters on the ReeRoute platform.
Collect required vehicle and transporter details/documents.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into active partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners and transporters.
Update lead, onboarding,



and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and onboarding targets.
Coordinate with the Operations and Traffic teams for smooth vehicle activation.
Stay updated with Newai, Faghi and Chaksu market conditions, transporter networks, and competitor activities.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
Smart, confident, and presentable
Valuable at communication and negotiation
Comfortable with field work and meeting people
Proactive and target-oriented
Good at building relationships
Able to generate leads independently
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM, WhatsApp, and basic Excel
Freshers with robust communication and sales attitude can also apply
Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet sales, vehicle onboarding, or field sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
