Job Responsibilities
Identify and procure raw materials, mechanical components, spare parts, and other items as per company requirements.
Obtain quotations from vendors and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, timely deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and other procurement records.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Design, Accounts, and Project teams for material requirements.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely material availability.
Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing vendors and identify recent suppliers.
Ensure materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Maintain purchase reports, vendor records,



and cost-comparison sheets.

Required Skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and purchase documentation.
Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
Ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of mechanical components, industrial materials, or boiler-related procurement will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
