Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Teach accounting principles, financial accounting, partnership accounts, company accounts, and other relevant topics.
Explain complex accounting concepts through practical examples and problem-solving exercises.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and revision materials.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
Prepare students for board examinations through revision sessions, practice papers, and doubt-clearing classes.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve academic performance.
Develop students' analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and assessments.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and school activities.

Qualifications
M.Com is mandatory.
B.Ed qualification is mandatory.
Relevant teaching experience, preferably at the senior secondary level.
Solid subject knowledge in Accountancy and financial accounting principles.
Experience teaching the CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting concepts, numerical problem-solving, and examination preparation.
