JOB DESCRIPTION: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

LOOPOZONE Private Limited is a fast-growing business focused on sourcing recyclable materials from MSMEs, adding value, and managing eco-friendly supply chains. We are looking for a driven field skilled to expand our B2B supplier network in Bengaluru. Role Snapshot

Location: Bengaluru (Field-Based / Local Travel)

Experience: 1–3 Years in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Merchant Acquisition / FMCG

Education: Diploma / Graduate

Core Responsibilities Lead Generation: Visit MSMEs, factories, warehouses, and workshops across Bengaluru to build a steady pipeline of material suppliers.

Supplier Onboarding: Meet business owners and decision-makers, present LOOPOZONE’s value proposition, and collect mandatory compliance documents.

Negotiation & Closure: Evaluate recyclable material types (metals, plastic) and negotiate commercial rates within approved company price structures.

Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to schedule timely material pickups, resolve site logistics issues, and close transactions.

Relationship Management:



Nurture relationships with active accounts to secure recurring material supplies and re-engage inactive leads.

Reporting: Log daily field visits, leads, quotes, and pickup statuses accurately into the company CRM/mobile application. Build repeat supply and retain MSMEs

Protect transaction quality and field safety

Key Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B field sales, recycling Experience: sourcing, telecom/POS merchant acquisition, or distribution sales.

Skills: Robust negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills with local business owners. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and have excellent knowledge of Bengaluru’s industrial and business clusters.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
