Position: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of office areas.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document-related tasks.
Deliver and collect documents, letters, and office materials.
Assist with bank, courier, post office, and other outside-office work when required.
Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other necessary supplies.
Maintain basic records of office supplies and inform management when stock is low.
Assist staff with routine office tasks and administrative support.
Receive and distribute courier and other deliveries.
Help with setting up meeting rooms and arranging office requirements.




Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8th pass
Previous office assistant/office boy experience is an advantage.
Positive communication and basic interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks responsibly.
Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license would be an advantage.

Be adaptable to perform different office support tasks as required.
