The Sales & Business Development Manager — Mumbai is responsible for independently managing Roshnak Systems LLP’s sales cycle across Mumbai and nearby.

Responsibility Deliverables:

● Calling potential leads and converting into sales

● Identify New Business & Market Development Opportunities in Mumbai

● Travel for Site Visit & Product Demonstration

● Coordinate with internal team for Site Application, Quotation and Payment Collection etc

● Valuable Customer Relationship Management with B2B clients, dealers etc

● Provide timely and accurate sales, pipeline, collection and site activity reports to the Management.

● Ensure timely sales and activity reporting through the Excel/ Google Sheets.

What we are looking for:
2–5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in industrial chemicals, glass, façade, windows, construction, cleaning solutions or related technical products.
Strong experience in lead conversion, client meetings, demonstrations,



negotiation and closing.
Proficiency in excel, docs, ppt / google sheets
Strong follow-up and payment collection skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby areas.
Experience with dealers/distributors or channel sales. Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
English and Hindi communication required; Marathi/local market familiarity is an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
