About the role

BIMLABS Global is looking for a student-focused counselor to support prospective and current students throughout the admissions process and their learning journey. This role combines student counseling, admissions follow-up, and day-to-day coordination with students, trainers, and management.

Responsibilities
Respond to student inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
Counsel prospective students about BIM courses, training programmes, and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Meet monthly admission targets and assigned sales and conversion KPIs.
Take ownership of assigned admission goals in a target-driven environment.
Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation.
Coordinate class schedules, attendance, student support, and batch planning.
Communicate updates about classes, examinations, certifications, and other academic activities.
Coordinate with trainers and management to address student needs and plan batches.




Support the institute’s daily administrative and operational activities.
Prepare reports on admissions, lead follow-ups, student status, and daily activities.
Maintain an organized, professional, and student-friendly office environment.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Represent the institute professionally and contribute to business growth through effective counseling and customer service.

Eligibility and skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently with students and parents.
Proficiency in Malayalam and a working knowledge of English.
Basic computer skills, including email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office.
Valuable organization, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
Comfortable working toward admission targets and supporting daily office operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
