Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Key Responsibilities
Conduct ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection of poultry.
Monitor chicken health and disease conditions before processing.
Ensure proper identification and segregation of diseased or unfit birds.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation throughout the processing plant.
Ensure compliance with food safety and veterinary standards.
Monitor carcass quality and condemnation.
Maintain veterinary inspection and health records.
Monitor biosecurity and disease prevention practices.
Coordinate with Production,



QA & Food Safety teams.
Support compliance with applicable government and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
B.V.Sc & A.H. / M.V.Sc qualification.
Knowledge of poultry diseases and meat inspection.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
Valuable observation and documentation skills.
Positive coordination with plant and QA teams.
