Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise staff across departments (sales, service, accounts, workshop, etc.).
Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and ensuring quality service.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and update management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Motivate, train, and guide employees for better productivity.
Support business growth by implementing recent strategies and improving efficiency.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
