Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for ITI, Diploma, and skilled/unskilled manpower.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, local networks, ITIs, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct initial screening of candidates based on skills, experience, qualification, and job requirements.
Coordinate walk-in interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining dates and ensure timely joining.
Build a robust candidate pipeline for CNC Operators, VMC Operators, CNC Setters, Helpers, Welders, Fitters, Technicians, and other shop-floor positions.




Coordinate with the HR team for offer communication, documentation, and joining formalities.
Focus on local recruitment in Rajkot and nearby areas to fulfil manpower requirements efficiently.

Solid candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manufacturing manpower.
Basic MS Excel and recruitment tracker management.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Proactive approach to local sourcing and candidate engagement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
