Morgan Eries HR & Law Firm provides professional HR, recruitment, and legal consultancy services to businesses. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital presence and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist with the company's social media platforms.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
Develop creative content ideas related to HR, recruitment, workplace, and business topics.
Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
Research current social media trends and relevant industry topics.
Write captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
Assist with basic graphic design and video editing.
Support recruitment and company branding campaigns on social media.
Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams for content requirements.

Requirements
Students or freshers from Digital Marketing, BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, MBA, or related fields are welcome.




Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Good communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to research trends and create relevant content.
Willingness to learn and work in a qualified environment.
