About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR – Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Support offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.




Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist the HR team with daily recruitment and administrative tasks.
