A Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing the shop floor, helping staff, assisting customers, and making sure the shop runs smoothly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Staff Management: Guide and manage sales staff and assign daily duties.
Customer Service: Help customers choose clothes and make sure they are satisfied.
Sales Monitoring: Check daily sales and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Stock Management: Check stock availability and make sure clothes are properly arranged.
Shop Display: Keep clothes neatly folded, arranged, and displayed.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and keep the shop floor organized.
Billing Support: Help with billing and customer issues when needed.
Staff Attendance: Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.




Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves and racks are refilled when items are sold.
Daily Reporting: Report daily sales, stock issues, and other problems to the store manager.
