Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
Follow up with customers, architects, builders and contractors.
Coordinate quotations, site visits, measurements and orders.
Maintain regular customer follow-ups and update enquiry status.
Coordinate with sales, technical, production and installation teams.
Track projects from enquiry to completion.
Follow up for POs, advance payments and pending payments.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate service resolution.
Maintain customer database, follow-up reports and sales records.
Support the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
