Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Tamil.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain products, services, and company policies to customers.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
Achieve call quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication skills, if required.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Patience, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 10th, 12th, or any degree, depending on company requirements.
Freshers are welcome.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
