Job Description

SetGo Innovations is looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. The role involves connecting with business owners over the phone, introducing the SetGo app, explaining its benefits, and converting potential businesses into paid listings.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with business owners and introduce the SetGo app.
Explain the advantages of business listings, promotional offers, and increased visibility.
Understand business requirements and present suitable listing plans.
Follow up with interested businesses and convert leads into paid customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the onboarding team to complete business registrations.




Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Good Malayalam communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with business owners over the phone.
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work towards sales targets.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Previous experience in customer communication, sales, or business development is an advantage.
