Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is an added advantage.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
