Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Implement company policies,procedures and operational standards.
Review project progress,timelines,resource allocation , and accountability across teams.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Support management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.




Identify prospects for continuous improvement and cost optimisation.

Requirements
Relevant experience in the Interial industry
Proven experience in managing multiple departments and leading teams
Strong knowledge of operational planning,budgeting, and resource management

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
