Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Apollo Tyres

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to handle sales and market development for Apollo Tyres products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting dealers and retailers, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Apollo Tyres products to dealers, retailers, and other business customers.
Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers.
Develop new dealer and retailer relationships to increase product sales.
Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and provide support for their sales requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, and advantages to customers.
Monitor market demand, competitor activities, and local sales prospects.
Follow up on customer orders, enquiries,



and business requirements.
Prepare daily field visit reports and share sales updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in tyre sales, automobile sales, FMCG sales, or dealer-based sales will be preferred.
A valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory for regular field visits.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in the field and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market and dealer network will be an advantage.
