Leo Enterprises is looking for an experienced and reliable maintenance technician to handle commercial maintenance and repair work at various customer locations across Chennai.

Responsibilities:
Perform split AC and cassette AC servicing and troubleshooting.
Handle electrical maintenance, wiring, switches, sockets and MCB replacements.
Attend plumbing complaints, water leakage and drainage issues.
Perform water pump maintenance and general repair work.
Handle preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown calls.
Visit multiple commercial outlets across Chennai.
Coordinate with the office for materials and additional work approvals.
Submit service reports and before-and-after photographs through WhatsApp.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in AC and general maintenance.
Practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing work.
ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Refrigeration & AC preferred.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel to different customer locations.
Ability to handle jobs independently and communicate professionally.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
