Job Title: Robot Operator
Location: Baner, Pune

About the Role:

We are looking for a Robot Operator to support the operation, testing, monitoring, and demonstration of our robotic systems. The role is suitable for candidates with a BCA/MCA background who are comfortable working with software, computers, and technical systems and have an interest in robotics and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor robotic systems during testing, demonstrations, and regular activities.
Run predefined software programs and operating procedures for robots.
Monitor robot performance and identify basic software or operational issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting of robot software, connectivity, and system interfaces.
Assist the engineering team during robot testing, demos, exhibitions, and deployments.
Record test results, operational issues, and robot performance data.




Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while operating robots.
Coordinate with software, robotics, electronics, and mechanical teams for issue resolution.
Support data collection, system testing, and validation activities.
Maintain proper records of robot operations, tests, and incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
BCA, MCA, Computer Science, or a related technical qualification.
Basic understanding of programming and software applications.
Positive computer and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with the Python programming language is preferred.
Basic understanding of Linux/Ubuntu is an advantage.
Interest in robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a hands-on technical environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in office and support robot demonstrations/testing as required.
