Job Title: Corporate Relations Officer (CRO)

Role Overview

The Corporate Relations Officer is accountable for making HACA students employable, interview-ready, and successfully placed. This role combines corporate outreach, employer partnership development, and student career readiness to maximize conversion rates from interviews to job offers.
Key Responsibilities

Corporate Partner Development & Outreach
Establish and maintain relationships with companies, industry leaders, and HR professionals.
Identify job and internship prospects for students across target sectors.
Contact prospective employers and invite them for campus recruitment drives.
Build long-term partnerships that provide industry insights, guest sessions, and upskilling support.

Placement & Drive Coordination
Own end-to-end campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, scheduling, and interview coordination.Student Readiness & Training Support
Deliver structured training sessions (online/offline) covering resume building, communication skills,



and job market expectations.
Conduct simulated mock interviews that mirror real-world hiring scenarios, track student improvement, and deliver actionable feedback.
Run readiness activities such as group discussions, portfolio reviews, and resume clinics.
Bring external industry mentors into student batches via guest workshops and sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Master’s degree (e.g., PGDM/MBA in HR or Marketing is a robust advantage).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate relations, placement coordination, HR, or EdTech/training business development.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch HACA talent to corporate stakeholders.
Networking & Negotiation: Ability to cold-call, network effectively, and convert industry leads into active placement partners.
Organizational Ability: Solid data management skills for maintaining student and company tracking registers.
