Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, statutory filing, documentation, and auditor coordination. Candidates looking for a stable, long-term career chance are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate data entry.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
Assist with GST returns, TDS filings, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide the necessary documents for audits.
Assist with monthly account closing and preparation of financial reports.
Verify vendor invoices and coordinate payment processing.




Ensure timely updating and accuracy of accounting records.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
Working knowledge of invoicing, accounting procedures, GST, and TDS.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel.

Added Advantages
Knowledge of Zoho Books or Tally.
Previous experience working in a CA or auditor’s office.
Experience in a product-based, trading, or distribution company.
Practical exposure to GST returns, TDS filing, and audit documentation.
