We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage sales, customer service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations, sales, and distribution.
Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
Identify local market opportunities and develop business plans.
Lead, coach, and motivate branch employees.
Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Monitor branch performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.
Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
Robust leadership, sales, business development, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
