Job Summary

Akira The Couture is looking for a passionate, well-presented, and customer-focused Fashion Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust interest in fashion, good communication skills, and the ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasions, and styling needs.
Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations.
Explain product details, fabrics, designs, sizes, and fit to customers.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Keep the store organized and ensure products are properly displayed.
Stay updated on current fashion trends, styles, and customer preferences.
Support sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.




Handle customer queries professionally and assist with exchanges or other concerns as required.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive fashion sense and an understanding of styling and trends.
Pleasant personality with a qualified and presentable appearance.
Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Freshers with a strong interest in fashion and styling may also apply.
