Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including component-level diagnostics and replacements.
Assemble and upgrade computer systems based on organizational requirements.
Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN), routers, switches, and cabling infrastructure.
Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure proper system performance.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, procurement, and AMC support.
Maintain inventory records for IT hardware assets and track usage.
Provide support for CCTV, biometric systems, intercom, and audio-visual equipment (if applicable).
Assist with installation and configuration of operating systems and software when required.




Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field.
2+ years of experience in hardware maintenance and support roles.
Robust knowledge of PC hardware components, networking basics, and troubleshooting tools.
Familiarity with operating systems and system imaging.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
