Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities for all our QSR outlets, cafes, and food brands. The candidate will ensure timely procurement of raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, and other store requirements at the best possible prices without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase requirements for all company-operated stores and food brands.
Procure food raw materials, groceries, beverages, tea, bakery products, packaging materials, and other store essentials.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the best rates and quality.
Collect purchase requirements from stores and coordinate timely deliveries.
Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and maintain purchase records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
Ensure product quality, quantity, pricing, and expiry dates during procurement.
Coordinate with the accounts team for purchase bills, payment follow-ups,



and vendor reconciliation.
Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database and negotiate credit terms.
Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with store operations, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Prepare daily and monthly purchase reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills
Experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in QSR, restaurants, cafes, or the food industry.
Knowledge of food raw materials, grocery items, packaging, and vendor management.
Robust negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Experience with ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
Ability to manage purchase requirements for multiple outlets simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
