Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and reliable full-time team member for our indoor edutainment and arcade gaming center. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every visitor has a fun, safe, and memorable experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Ticketing: Welcome families and children, assist with ticketing, game card recharges, and explain package options.
Floor Management: Guide guests on arcade machine usage, oversee safety rules in soft play/edutainment zones, and maintain high-energy engagement.
Operations & Troubleshooting: Monitor game machines, handle minor troubleshooting (card readers, ticket jams), and keep the floor clean and organized.
Billing & POS: Operate the billing system,



process digital/cash transactions, and manage end-of-day cash reconciliation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Standard / PUC pass (Diploma or Graduation preferred).
Languages: Positive communication skills in English and Kannada or any language
Personality: High energy, friendly, patient with kids, and comfortable standing and moving actively during shifts.
Experience: Freshers with a vibrant personality are welcome; 1+ years of prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or family entertainment is a plus.

Work Schedule & Benefits
Work Week: 6 days a week with rotational week-offs (Week-offs are typically on weekdays, as weekends and holidays are peak operating days).
