Job Title: Night Shift Manager
Salary: ₹25,000/month
Location: Shahdara, Delhi
Shift: Night shift, 9:30 PM onwards (approx. 10 hours)
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 30 employees and team leaders.
Monitor CCTV and oversee daily operations.
Handle client communication and resolve issues.
Ensure smooth team coordination and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valuable problem-solving and team management abilities.
Experience in operations, client handling, or supervision preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
