Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Head of Security will be responsible for overseeing the overall security operations of the resort, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, visitors, assets, and premises while maintaining high standards of security and emergency preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
Supervise security operations across the resort, guest areas, employee accommodation, and adventure park.
Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, gate security, and visitor management.
Ensure proper frisking, patrolling, vehicle checks, and incident reporting.
Manage fire safety, emergency evacuation, crisis management, and disaster preparedness.
Investigate thefts, misconduct, security breaches, and other incidents.
Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and other emergency services.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and safety drills.
Recruit, train,



and supervise security personnel and ensure proper deployment.
Maintain daily occurrence reports, incident registers, and security documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with HR and other department heads to address security-related concerns.

Job Expectations:

A disciplined, proactive, and highly responsible qualified with solid leadership capabilities, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to manage large security teams while ensuring a protected and secure environment for guests and employees.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline; security or fire-safety certifications will be an advantage

Minimum Job Experience:

10–15 years of relevant security experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts.
