About the Role

Honey Homes is looking for a smart, proactive, and client-focused Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably working with an interior design firm. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid ability to build client relationships, and the confidence to convert enquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries and follow up with potential leads.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with the interior design team.
Proactively engage with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Coordinate client meetings and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Contribute to the company's business growth through effective sales strategies.
Maintain client records and track sales activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with an interior design firm.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English,



Malayalam, and Hindi.
Smart, confident, proactive, and approachable personality.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to understand client needs and build trust.
Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.

Salary & Advantages
Fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month.
