Overall in-charge of branch operations, business growth, and administration.
Achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial services.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, audit observations, and statutory requirements.
Supervise, guide, motivate, and evaluate branch staff.
Maintain robust relationships with customers, co-bankers, service agencies, and stakeholders.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of complaints.
Monitor loan sourcing, processing, disbursement, recovery, and portfolio quality.
Conduct staff meetings, customer meetings, marketing campaigns, and business development activities.
Ensure proper management of branch funds, records, assets, and operational controls.
Promote the Society's products, goodwill, visibility, and reputation in the branch area.
Submit required reports, returns,



and compliance documents to RO/HO on time.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations and adhere to the Society's Code of Conduct.
Provide product knowledge, training, and operational guidance to staff.
Take proactive initiatives for branch development and smooth functioning.
Safeguard and maintain all branch assets, infrastructure, and equipment.

Overall: Responsible for the branch's business growth, profitability, compliance, customer service, team management, and reputation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
