We are Looking of Operation Executive for Manufacturing Company Located in Chandigarh ( Punjab )

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities
Monitor business performance across manufacturing plants, sales offices and business units.
Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards and management review presentations.
Track management decisions, action items, deadlines and closure status.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT and other departments.
Identify operational issues, performance gaps and delays, and escalate them to the Group COO.
Support process improvement, digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills
Robust analytical and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS reporting.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail, accountability and confidentiality.
