Job Description:
Prepare and maintain the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment.
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
Monitor OT equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Maintain OT records, surgical checklists, and inventory.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology.
Relevant experience as an OT Technician in a hospital.
Solid knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT procedures.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and emergency-handling skills.
