We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Senior Counsellor to guide prospective students about our beauty and wellness courses, generate admissions, and achieve monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career prospects.
Handle incoming inquiries, walk-ins, calls, and prospective student leads.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain inquiry records and update lead status regularly.
Build positive relationships with students and support them throughout the admission process.

Requirements:
Valuable communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
Prior experience in admission counselling, sales, or telecalling is preferred.
Ability to achieve targets and convert inquiries into admissions.
Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.
Candidates from any industry can apply; beauty industry experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
