Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION – CHINESE Chef de Partie
Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per the hotel’s menu and quality standards.
Must have experience working as a Commis 1 or Chef de Partie (CDP) in a hotel or restaurant.
Handle Chinese cuisine preparation, including noodles, fried rice, soups, starters, and main-course dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of ingredients before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety standards and proper food storage procedures.
Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Maintain kitchen equipment properly and follow safety procedures.
Requirement: Valuable knowledge of Chinese cuisine, kitchen operations, and food hygiene is essential.
